I have written this review so many times in my head and can’t seem to capture the gratitude I feel toward Ric and his crew. They came into my house after a flood, when I was six weeks into having my home be turned into an unwanted and unexpected construction site. They spent five full days working with such precision and care to give me back my most favorite part of my house - my stunning wood floors. In the five days they basically lived with me, they gave me peace of mind that whatever came up, they could handle. And we were tested! They handled every hiccup with grace, leaving me out of it. When they finished, I felt like my floors were an extension of me. I cannot recommend Ric highly enough. His work is stunning. Beyond that though, he and his crew treated my home truly as if it were their own, taking care of every single corner and thinking through all the little details down to even leaving me extra garbage bags out knowing I would need them at some point in the week! Living through a wood floors installation is not something I ever want to do again but I was actually sad to say goodbye when they left the last day!
